Expectations and delivery
Prior to any register of interest for a contract, we like to engage with the branch managers to discuss our performance management process to determine what is required of any partners. We only bid for contracts we know we can deliver on.
Our internal quality checks are against the following criteria; quality, capacity to deliver, security and fraud prevention, premises, human resources, and proven experience. As a partner we will go over the performance offer and volume forecasts, set out monthly performance targets and review processes so it is clear how we can be held accountable.
