Selection and screening 

Interviewing – All Speech Inspired candidates are interviewed by 2 consultants. The process lasts approximately 60 minutes, during which time their background and current situation is fully investigated.

The strength of our candidates, determine our reputation. We take the past performance of our candidates very serious. We expect all of our candidates to have well documented performance results, for the duration of their career. Being able to provide an employer with a top class sales professional is not a challenge for us. The challenge for us is finding the right match of personality to a businesses culture.

We are open to working with candidates who don’t have such solid, consistent performance histories as we are passionate about developing people. However, if a candidate does have great potential but requires development, we try our best to hire them into a company which can provide a traineeship to support their extra needs.
